6.3.1. Basic requirements 基本要求
Where applicable, the Operator shall provide appropriate work environment in line with local
Regulations to achieve product conformity.
適用時(shí),經(jīng)營(yíng)者應(yīng)提供符合當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)的適宜的工作環(huán)境,以達(dá)到產(chǎn)品符合性。
Adequate ventilation, controlable humidity, temperature setting, lighting and hygienic design
of plants and equipment shall be provided.
應(yīng)提供足夠的通風(fēng),濕度和溫度設(shè)定可控制,照明和工廠及設(shè)備的衛(wèi)生設(shè)計(jì)。
6.3.2. Requirements for facilities, production areas and equipment
設(shè)施、生產(chǎn)區(qū)域和設(shè)備的要求
The lay-out, design, construction and size of the facilities and equipment shall:

a) permit adequate cleaning and/or disinfection; 允許充分清洗和/或消毒;
b) be such as to minimise the risk of error and to avoid contamination, cross-contamination
and any generally adverse effects on the safety and quality of the feeds.

6.3.3. Facilities & production Areas 設(shè)施和生產(chǎn)區(qū)域
Where necessary, ceilings and overhead fixtures must be designed, constructed and finished to
prevent the accumulation of dirt and to reduce condensation. Growth of undesirable microorganisms
and the shedding of particles that can affect the safety and quality of feed shall be kept under
control.

Ventilation systems and devices shall be sufficient in number and capacity to prevent grease or
condensation from collecting on walls and ceiling.

If necessary to keep rooms free of excessive steam and condensation, mechanical ventilation of
sufficient capacity shall be provided.

If necessary, heating, cooling or air-conditioning systems shall be designed and installed so
that air-intake or exhaust vents do not cause contamination of products, equipment or utensils.
如果必要,加熱、冷卻或空調(diào)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)被設(shè)計(jì)和安裝,使得進(jìn)風(fēng)口或排風(fēng)口不能造成產(chǎn)品、設(shè)備或器具的污染。
Lighting must be of sufficient intensity to ensure that hygienic conditions can be maintained
throughout the production and storage areas, as well as where equipment and utensils are
cleaned including hand-washing areas and toilets.
照明必須有足夠的亮度以確保整個(gè)生產(chǎn)和儲(chǔ)存區(qū)域的衛(wèi)生條件能夠保持,以及洗手區(qū)和盥洗室內(nèi)的設(shè)備和

Water used in feed manufacture shall be of suitable quality.

It shall be ensured that drainage lines and sewage systems are watertight and of sufficient capacity.
應(yīng)當(dāng)確保排水系統(tǒng)和污水處理系統(tǒng)密封防水,并有足夠的能力。
Drainage facilities must be adequate for the purpose intended, they must be designed and
constructed to avoid the risk of contamination.
排水設(shè)施對(duì)于預(yù)期的目的必須是足夠的:必須被設(shè)計(jì)和建造,以避免污染的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
6.3.4. Equipment 設(shè)備
Manufacturing equipment shall be located, designed, constructed and maintained to suit the
manufacture of the products concerned.
生產(chǎn)設(shè)備應(yīng)當(dāng)放置、設(shè)計(jì)、建造和維護(hù),以適合有關(guān)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)。
The equipment must be designed to facilitate manual or Cleaning In Place (CIP) and/or
disinfection by having surfaces that are smooth, free of sharp angles, corners, crevices
and with smooth welds.
設(shè)備必須被設(shè)計(jì)的易于手工操作或在線清洗(CIP)和/或消毒,具有平滑的、無(wú)銳角、無(wú)角落、無(wú)裂縫、

Where applicable, equipment must be placed away from walls to allow easy access for cleaning
and to prevent pest infestation.
