SMETA(Sedex成員道德貿(mào)易審核)審核簡(jiǎn)介
Declaration: Below information is for all applicants reference only and it is just a brief ofthe audit’s introduction which is base on client’s requirements, it is designed for yourpreparation with regard to the audits. It doesn’t mean you just need to provide belowinformation for the auditors, auditors may require more documents/information accordingto actual situation during the audit.

1. Audit Type: 審核類型
1) SMETA social audit is a kind of CSR audit.
2) Usually SMETA audits are announced audits. Sometimes the audits may be announced
or unannounced or semi-announced depend on client’s specific requirement.
3) The client would make final decision on whether a follow-up audit is needed or not.
4) SMETA report can be uploaded into Sedex Database which could be shared by all
Sedex members.
5) No certificate will be issued within SMETA audit program.
6) Environment and Business Integrity are two supplementary audits which are optional.
The end buyer will make decision whether the two sections are needed or not.

1) SMETA社會(huì)責(zé)任審核是企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任審核的一種。
2) 通常SMETA審核是通知審核. 但是有時(shí)候?qū)徍耸欠裢ㄖ氁勒湛蛻舻木唧w要求,有可能是
通知審核、不預(yù)先通知審核或半通知審核。
3) 審核結(jié)束后是否需要跟進(jìn)審核由客戶決定。
4) SMETA 審核報(bào)告可上傳至Sedex數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù), 且可以與Sedex成員共享。
5) SMETA審核不出具證書。
6) 環(huán)境保護(hù)和商業(yè)誠(chéng)信兩部分審核是SMETA的補(bǔ)充審核。并非強(qiáng)制性項(xiàng)目。最終買家將決定
是否需要覆蓋此兩部分。
2. Audit Scope審核范圍 :
1) Initial audit: at least the last 12 month records of working hour and wage should be
provided. For new factories, at least 3 month records of working hours and wage are
required to provide.
2) Follow up audit: All wages and working hours records since last visit with a minimum
of 2 months fresh records.
3)All areas under the same business license of the audited facility will be covered.
1) 首次審核: 需提供至少最近12 個(gè)月的工資工時(shí)記錄。如果是新廠,需提供至少3個(gè)月
的工資工時(shí)記錄。
2) 跟進(jìn)審核:工廠應(yīng)提供從上次審核后的所有工作時(shí)間和工資記錄,且至少能提供最近兩
個(gè)月完整的工作時(shí)間記錄和工資記錄。否則該次重審無(wú)效.
3) 原則上同一營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照下的所有范圍都應(yīng)該覆蓋。即使工廠有幾個(gè)廠區(qū)和不同的生產(chǎn)線。)
