Section 7 – 質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)告要求 Requirements for Quality Data & Report Statistics
7.1供應(yīng)商需要提供 BBY 機(jī)種的每次生產(chǎn)及質(zhì)量統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù);Vendor must provide production and quality statistics data for BBY every model at every production;生產(chǎn)及質(zhì)量統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告應(yīng)包括如下內(nèi)容 Production and quality statistics data must include below contents:
7.2.1生產(chǎn)制程直通率 vs. 目標(biāo)值; Manufacture process yield rate vs. goal;
7.2.2生產(chǎn)制程前五項(xiàng)不良原因分析以及改善對(duì)策; Root cause analysis & solution for Top 5 defect of
7.2 manufacture process;
7.2.3QA 品質(zhì)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)包括 QA quality statistics data should include:
1)BBY 機(jī)種按周的品質(zhì)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù);Weekly quality statistics data for BBY models;
2)BBY 機(jī)種按 PO#抽檢數(shù)據(jù); Random inspection data by PO# for BBY models;
3) QA 抽檢不良原因分析，改善對(duì)策及持續(xù)追蹤改善記錄及數(shù)據(jù); Root cause analysis & solution for defect by QA detected and continuous improved records and tracking data;生產(chǎn)及質(zhì)量統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告格式可以是 PPT 或 Excel 格式，但必須包括 7.1-7.2 的內(nèi)容; Format for
