Sample Report樣品報告

7.2.a

Does the Sample Technician create a sample report when checking the sample? 在檢查樣品時,樣品技術(shù)員是否創(chuàng)建一份樣品報告?

8.1

Pre-Production Meeting (PPM) 產(chǎn)前會議(PPM)

8.1.a

Does the Supplier conduct a PPM? 供應(yīng)商是否進行產(chǎn)前會議?

8.1.b

Are all responsible managers from all departments participating?是否是所有部門的負(fù)責(zé)經(jīng)理都要參加會議?

8.1.c

Does the PPM include a risk assessment for whole production, machinery, materials, trims, pattern, coating, changes, tests etc.? 產(chǎn)前會議是否包括對于整個生產(chǎn),機械,材料,輔料,圖案,涂層,改樣,測試等的風(fēng)險評估?

Are a report kept from the PPM? 是否保存產(chǎn)前會議的會議記錄?

Does the Supplier finish a smaller quantity of the order before actual production can start?供應(yīng)商在實際批量生產(chǎn)之前是否先生產(chǎn)出小數(shù)額的訂單?

8.2.b

Does this Trial production cover all components , colours, sizes, over all appearance and quality control for e.g. accessories, gluing, cleaning etc?試生產(chǎn)是否涵蓋所有零部件,顏色,尺寸,全部的外觀和質(zhì)量控制,如配件,粘合,清洗等?

8.2.c

Does this Trial production cover overall appearance and quality control for e.g. scratches, cuts, holes, cracks, bubbles, sharp edges etc.? 試生產(chǎn)是否涵蓋全部的外觀和質(zhì)量控制,如劃痕,割口,孔洞,裂縫,氣泡,尖銳的邊緣等?

9.1.a

Does the Supplier have a "Process Control System" simular to GPQ?  供應(yīng)商是否有與(GPQ)生產(chǎn)和質(zhì)量控制手冊相似的“流程控制系統(tǒng)”?

9.1.b

Will this system identify the source of eventual weak points in the production line?  該系統(tǒng)能否識別生產(chǎn)線中最終的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)的根源?

Will the personell be educated so that the weak points can be avoided in production?  是否對全體人員進行教育培訓(xùn)以便避免生產(chǎn)中否薄弱環(huán)節(jié)?

Does the Mechanics take care of the machine maintenance on a regular base? 機械技工是否定期對機械進行維護?

9.1.e

Does the Operators take responsibility and have knowledge over their workstations, products, tools etc.?  操作員是否對他們的工作站、產(chǎn)品和工具等充分了解并且對其負(fù)責(zé)?

How often is the work of each operator/worker evaluated per day?  每一位操作員/工人每天評估工作的頻率是多少?

Are Quality Controller working on the production floor?  是否有質(zhì)量控制員在生產(chǎn)車間中工作?

are Supervisors and Process Controllers ambulating the production floor? 主管和流程控制員是否在生產(chǎn)車間中走動?
