ECP ASSESSMENT PROCESS
ECP評(píng)估步驟
Theflowchart below describes the assessment process for ECPfactory approval. Each wetprocessing
facility will needto be proposed toMarks & SpencerUK by eithera Marks & Spencer Regional Office or a
Garment Maker(thePROPOSER). The proposerwill send theelectronic Self Audit document tothe wet
processingfacility forcompletion. On completion ofthe audit the‘SEND’ button is pressed, which sends
theelectronic audit via email to Marks & Spencer.A copy of the completed audit must be sent to the
original PROPOSER.Audits will NOT be approvedif the copy is not sentto the proposer.

提議方）向瑪莎百貨英國(guó)總部提議評(píng)估。提議方將向濕處理廠發(fā)送電子版自我審核表并要求填寫。填寫完
成后，按“發(fā)送”鍵，審核表便會(huì)以郵件形式發(fā)送給瑪莎百貨公司，并向原提議方發(fā)送一份填寫完畢的審
核表副本。未向提議方發(fā)送副本者，其審核不會(huì)獲得通過(guò)。
Theself audit will beassessedby the proposerand Marks & SpencerUK. If the audit is approvedthe wet
processingfacility will beissued witha uniqueMarks &SpencerECP reference number. TheECP number
is valid for 18months,after which a new audit must be submitted and approved. Youwill receive a
reminder tocompletethe audit beforethe 18 monthperiod expires.
自我審核表須由提議方和瑪莎百貨英國(guó)總部共同評(píng)估。如若審核通過(guò)，該濕處理廠將收到一個(gè)獨(dú)一無(wú)二的瑪
莎百貨ECP參考代碼。此代碼有效期為18個(gè)月，18個(gè)月之后必須重新提交審核表，接受評(píng)估。在代碼過(guò)期之
前，該濕處理廠會(huì)收到重新審核的提醒。

Please notethat thecompleted auditswill be usedby Marks &Spencertechnologistsduringfactory visits
toassess ongoing compliance to ECP. There will also be aDue Diligence programme in place to ensure
that self –audit results area trueand accurate statement of the conditions in thefactory. This will consist
of arandom selection of facilitiesbeingaudited by Mark &Spencer or a 3
rd
party.

守ECP規(guī)定的依據(jù)。同時(shí)，瑪莎百貨也會(huì)開(kāi)展“盡職調(diào)查”計(jì)劃，以確保自我審
核表的內(nèi)容真實(shí)準(zhǔn)確的反應(yīng)了工廠情況。這包括隨機(jī)抽取部分工廠由瑪莎百貨或
第三方機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行審核。
