· Once a factory is inspected and audited for compliancewith the Standards,the audit report is reviewed and assigned anass essment
rating by the Responsible Sourcing Team.
當工廠被審核后,責任采購部門將會對審核報告進行審閱和評估結(jié)果。
· Notification of the assessment rating is then sent tothe supplier for communication with the factory.
評估結(jié)果會發(fā)給供應(yīng)商,供應(yīng)商須將審核結(jié)果通知給被審核的工廠。
· The supplier is expected to follow up with the factoryto ensure remediation of the findings takes place in advance
of the next audit.
供應(yīng)商需要跟進工廠的違規(guī)改善情況,并確保在下次審核前改善違規(guī)問題。
· There are four types of assessment ratings:評估分為4個等級
·Green 綠燈
·Yellow 黃燈
·Orange 橙燈
·Red 紅燈
Audit Results: ColorCoded Ratings審核結(jié)果:顏色評級
Green 綠燈
- No orminor violations /沒有或輕微違規(guī)
- Valid for 2 years / 2年有效期
Yellow 黃燈
-Medium risk violations /中等風險違規(guī)
- Valid for 1 year / 1年有效期
Orange 橙燈
- High riskviolations /高風險違規(guī)
- Valid for 6 months / 6個月有效期
Buyers may decide not to placepurchase orders in a factory with 2 orangeratings due to the potential business risk.
工廠兩年內(nèi)累計兩個橙燈時,采購員根據(jù)風險決定是否要下訂單
Orange-Age Violation 橙燈-年齡違規(guī)
-High risk violations /高風險違規(guī)
- re-audit in one month/ 1個月后復(fù)審
Note: Factories thatreceive three Orange ratings in a 2-year period areRed-Disapproved for 1 year
工廠兩年內(nèi)累計三個橙燈將被凍結(jié)一年
Red Failed 紅燈
Most Serious Violations 最嚴重違規(guī)
(including, but not limited to, child labor, forcedlabor, corporal punishment,life threatening working conditions,trans shipment)
包括:童工、強迫勞工、體罰、惡劣工作環(huán)境、非法轉(zhuǎn)運等
No Future Business with the Factory 業(yè)務(wù)終止
GREEN 綠燈
· Low risk or no violations observed
沒有或輕微違規(guī)
· Re-audited in two years
2年有效
· Wal-Mart reserves the right to conduct unannouncedaudits periodically during the two year period.
2年內(nèi)沃爾瑪保留不通知審核的權(quán)利
