How do you do it?
NEVER discharge any wastes including air emissions or wastewater into the environment or other systems without proper treatment and verification of meeting discharge, emission or other applicable standards.
NEVER dispose or discharge toxic and radioactive waste in the environment illegally.
Example of discard of polluted wastewater into the environment.
DO maintain and comply with the updated PVH Restricted
Substance List (RSL).
DO maintain test records from raw materials and components
(trims, buttons, zippers, labels) suppliers and/or RSL
declarations.
DO obtain all environmental certificates and permits
in accordance with legal requirements and ensure the
environmental certificates and permits are valid.
DO ensure the quantity and quality of all discharge /
emissions complies with relevant permits.

You must keep the following documents on file and available to auditors and other authorized personnel:

? Valid environmental certificates and permits including oeko-tex and Bluesign, if available
? Hazardous waste inventory and manifests
? Waste handler permits / certifications
? Wastewater monitoring results
? air emission monitoring results
? training records
? Waste storage inspection records
? Water and energy efficiency monitoring
? Water treatment plant inspections and regular maintenance records
