6. Continuous Improvement: Training and Qualification
The goal of the Tchibo Social and Environmental Monitoring Programme for ensuring social
and environmental standards is the initiation of a continuous improvement process at the
manufacturer level. A Code of Conduct and the execution of audits make up only two
instruments and often fail to prompt sustained improvements that are demonstrably felt by
the employees.
For this reason, Tchibo launched the WE (Worldwide Enhancement of Social Quality)
Programme in September 2007, in cooperation with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für
Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and the Federal Ministry for Economic
Cooperation and Development (BMZ). With this programme, we aim to achieve far-reaching
and long-term improvement of working conditions and increased productivity in factories.
Instead of merely pointing at violations from outside, we empower employees and managers
to improve the working conditions at their factories from within. The focus of the programme
is to establish an on-going dialogue between a factory’s operational levels, from top
management to middle management to the workforce.
Local trainers, who receive intensive training and on-going coaching from international
consultants, are responsible for the implementation of the WE Programme. During
workshops and factory visits, trainers coach managers and employees on how to better
communicate with each other at work, and how to solve conflicts and problems together.
They guide the participants to independently develop and implement measures for their
factories.

6. 持續(xù)改進(jìn):培訓(xùn)和資格認(rèn)定
Tchibo的社會(huì)與環(huán)境監(jiān)督項(xiàng)目是為了確保社會(huì)與環(huán)境標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在生產(chǎn)水平層面上進(jìn)行持續(xù)的改進(jìn)。行為規(guī)范和審核的執(zhí)行僅僅是兩項(xiàng)工具,而且常常不能使(供應(yīng)商)維持持續(xù)的改善,這一點(diǎn)員工們深有體會(huì)。
出于此原因,Tchibo于2007年9月發(fā)布了‘WE項(xiàng)目’(全球范圍加強(qiáng)社會(huì)質(zhì)量),與在德國技術(shù)合作(GIZ)有限公司和德國聯(lián)邦經(jīng)濟(jì)合作與發(fā)展部(BMZ) 共同合作。關(guān)于此項(xiàng)目,我們旨在實(shí)現(xiàn)工作條件和提高工廠生產(chǎn)率的深遠(yuǎn)的和長期的改善。
不應(yīng)僅僅在外部指出違規(guī)項(xiàng),在內(nèi)部我們授予員工和管理者改善工廠工作條件的權(quán)利。程序的重點(diǎn)是建立持續(xù)的溝通制度,從高層管理層到中層管理層到員工之間。
接受過集中培訓(xùn)和國際咨詢師的持續(xù)指導(dǎo)的當(dāng)?shù)氐呐嘤?xùn)師(trainer),應(yīng)對‘WE項(xiàng)目’的實(shí)施負(fù)責(zé)。在車間和工廠訪問期間,培訓(xùn)師應(yīng)指導(dǎo)員工和管理者如何在工作中更好的溝通,以及如何共同解決問題、處理摩擦。他們將引導(dǎo)參與者在他們的工廠中獨(dú)立的發(fā)展和實(shí)施一些措施。
