Auditor denied entrance to the factory or denied access to any portion of the audit requirements

Red Unauthorized 紅燈 -未被授權(quán)
Assessment due toserious high-risk violations 嚴(yán)重高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)違規(guī)
Red Failed 紅燈不合格
Most Serious Violations 最嚴(yán)重違規(guī)
RED Disapproved 紅燈-凍結(jié)
· Factory receives 3 Orange assessments in a 2 year period 工廠2年內(nèi)得3個(gè)橙燈
· Current purchase orders can ship for 180 days 目前的訂單可以在180天內(nèi)裝船發(fā)運(yùn)（自審核之日起）
· No new/future order(s) may be placed with the factoryfor a minimum of one year 至少1年內(nèi)不能接新訂單
· Supplier/Factory & Merchant/Buyer will be notifiedof their 2nd Orange assessment
當(dāng)工廠在2年內(nèi)得2個(gè)橙燈時(shí)，我們會(huì)通知供應(yīng)商 /業(yè)務(wù)采購 /買手
· After the one year period, the factory can bere-audited. 1年后工廠可激活復(fù)審
· Factory must receive a yellow or green assessment priorto purchase orders being placed.
工廠須取得黃燈或者綠燈才可以接訂單
· If a factory does not receive an acceptable auditassessment, it will remain disapproved.
如果工廠沒有取得黃燈或綠燈，工廠將繼續(xù)保持凍結(jié)的狀態(tài)
RED Denied紅燈-拒絕檢查
· Auditor is denied access to a factory or dormitories 審核員被拒絕進(jìn)入廠區(qū)或宿舍
·Denied access to relevant documentation suchas:拒絕提供相關(guān)文件，如:
payroll documents 工資紀(jì)錄
time cards 考勤紀(jì)錄
contracts 勞動(dòng)合同
worker interviews 員工訪談
·All Purchase Orders (POs) will be cancelled所有訂單將會(huì)被取消
·No shipment will be allowed不許出貨
·All production not shipped will be cancelled未裝船的貨物將被取消
·Factory can be reactivated upon an auditrequest submitted via Retail Link and a reaudit by using a 3rd party auditfirm
with acceptable audit results.
工廠通過零售鏈遞交重新審核申請(qǐng)并由第三方審核并須取得可接受審核結(jié)果后才會(huì)被重新激活
NOTE: Future orders willnot be placed until the factory is re-audited with an acceptable result
