LOWE'S （勞氏）與Home Depot(家得寶)統(tǒng)一審核標準
沃爾瑪接受八大標準之后，Lowe's（勞氏）近期群發(fā)郵件，告知供應(yīng)商Lowe's與THD（家得寶）于3月1日起統(tǒng)一審核標準。
在過去兩年中，Lowe's與THD（家得寶）在為了避免對共同使用的工廠進行重復(fù)審核因而減少重復(fù)審核導(dǎo)致的審核成本的問題上，他們一起合作開發(fā)了一個名為零售商道德采購評估（“RESA”）的統(tǒng)一審核標準?，F(xiàn)在，該RESA新審核模板將會對2017年3月1日當(dāng)天或之后進行的所有SAE審核生效。所有Lowe's和家得寶任命第三方服務(wù)提供商在以后確認審核計劃時，將確認對方是否已使用RESA模板對工廠進行過審核或者該THD審核已經(jīng)安排在審核計劃中，如果是，將直接獲得對方審核報告的副本及所有相關(guān)的糾正措施等文件，且不再開展任何額外的SAE審核。但是，無論是哪邊開展SAE審核，工廠都有義務(wù)遵守Lowe's的供應(yīng)商行為準則，包括但不限于第7條收受禮物和利益和第14條反腐敗等規(guī)定。
對于同時是Lowe's與THD的供貨商的工廠來說，大大的利好，總算不用驗了Lowe's又要驗一次THD了！

Lowe’s Vendor Code of Conduct is thefoundation of the Lowe’s Social Accountability & Environmental (“SAE”)Program. Currently the SAE Program is executed by auditing Direct and IndirectImport Vendors’ factories and factories producing Lowe’s Private Brandedproducts sourced domestically but manufactured outside of the U.S. and Canada(Vendor is the importer of record).
Over the past two years, we have partneredwith The Home Depot (“THD”) and developedone single audit template named RetailEthical Sourcing Assessment (“RESA”). The goal of developing the single audittemplate is to avoid imposing the added cost of having to conduct multiple auditson THD’s and Lowe’s vendors where the same factories are being used.
This new RESA audit template will beeffective for all SAE audits conducted on or after March 1, 2017. At the timeof audit scheduling, please inform Lowe’s appointed 3rdparty serviceprovider if an audit conducted by THD using the RESA template is on file. Ifso, Lowe’s will obtain a copy of the audit report and all relevant correctiveactions related document from THD directly and not conduct any additional SAEaudits. Please note that as Lowe’s vendors, you are obliged to comply withLowe’s Vendor Code of Conduct during SAE audits conducted by THD or Lowe’s,including but not limited to, Section 7 – Acceptance of Gifts and Benefits,Section 14 – Anti-Corruption, and etc.
We are truly excited about this newinitiative as it will pave the way in reducing SAE audit fatigue at thoseshared factories.
