Three years ago the company embarked on a programme of growth and cultural change. The purpose was to build on the rich heritage of the business and realign the organisation with the developments taking place within the market. The long term goal was to move Hampshire Cosmetics Ltd from its previous role as a good Contract Manufacturer to a new position as an exceptional Full Service provider of Toiletries and Cosmetics.

The journey has so far been both challenging and rewarding and the key elements of the plan are now in place to ensure we are able to achieve our plans in this ever evolving marketplace.

Founded in 1972, Hampshire Cosmetics Ltd moved to its current facilities in 1991. Originally founded to offer a contract filling service for Cosmetics and Toiletries clients, we have developed and extended our skills and capabilities to enable us to offer a Full Service facility from concept and trend analysis through packaging and formulation to the manufacture and delivery of finished goods.

We continue to adapt, diversify and extend our product portfolio to match the needs of the market and strengthen our offering to new and existing clients. Continued investment in industry related technical expertise enables us to provide support for clients across a broad spectrum of the categories.

Hampshire Cosmetics’ heritage is still relevant today in ensuring that the business meets the needs of the client at all levels in an increasingly competitive marketplace while remaining ethically and environmentally focused.
