Crew is an integral part of the ?strong>Haddow Holdings Group' which is a long standing family run business. We currently employ around 100 full-time staff who are dedicated to both the design and sales of fashion-related products to retailers worldwide. The group has a large portfolio of businesses in a variety of retail sectors including the cosmetic industry - Evie Mai (Cosmetics); and the textile industry - Kestrel, Lister & Co (Home Interiors).Data Protection Shredders is another part of the group and they are a secure "on site" document destruction service provider to all business sectors. Each of these businesses are managed by a Central Operations Team, which successfully co-ordinates all the finance, shipping, dispatch, production, monitoring and warehousing of the goods out of our main offices and our central warehouse which is situated at our mills in Bradford. Our excellent vertical integration strategies and superb warehousing facilities give us a edge on our competitors by enabling us to eliminate lengthy supply chains and uncertain lead times.

We deal with over 20 large high-street retailers in the UK including BHS, Debenhams, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Arcadia Group, Next, JD Sports, La Senza, Republic and Jane Norman. Exports currently represent 5% of the company's annual turnover and the primary export markets are Finland , France and Poland . The business is divided into three separate departments, Swim, Fashion, Kids and Baby, each with experienced and specialised teams to manage the type of garments. Each team has specialist merchandisers, quality technicians, designers and account managers. These are supported by a central team who manage, audit and supervise the off-shore production, including managers based off-shore in India , China , Turkey and Bangladesh .
