12a. 福利、宿舍(Welfare-Dormitories)(可適用、可不適用)
12a. 受核工廠為雇員提供了宿舍生活所需:The facility provide dormitory living for employees.
12.2 每名工人在宿舍里應(yīng)有足夠的生活空間:Each employee should have sufficient living space in the dormitory.
12.3 應(yīng)有足的衛(wèi)生間和浴室設(shè)施:There are adequate toilet and shower facilities.
12.4 宿舍應(yīng)保持清潔,狀態(tài)維持良好:宿舍整體、宿舍房間、衛(wèi)生間、浴室:Dormitories should be kept clean and maintained in good condition: General Dormitory, Dormitory Rooms, Toilets, and Showers.
12.5 應(yīng)一個(gè)洗衣設(shè)施可供使用:A laundry facility should be available.
12.6 須有康體場地可供使用:A recreation area should be available.
12.7 樓宇看來結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)健而且修葺良好:Building appear structurally sound and in good repair.
12.8 應(yīng)有一套用當(dāng)?shù)卣Z文寫成的規(guī)定寄宿工人和/或來賓須要遵守的宿舍規(guī)則,并公開張貼:There are written dormitory rules for residents and/or guests to follow, and they are posted in the local language.
12.9 對不遵行宿舍規(guī)則的情況應(yīng)采取適當(dāng)行動(dòng):Appropriate actions should be taken for not following dormitory rules.
12.10 工人在下班后的私人時(shí)間內(nèi)可以自由離開和返回宿舍:Workers should be permitted to exit and re-enter the dormitory freely during their personal time off from work.
12.11 宿舍房間、衛(wèi)生間、浴室須有男女分隔的規(guī)定:Dormitory rooms, toilets, and showers should be segregated between men and women.
12.12 應(yīng)采取保安措施保護(hù)工人的人身和財(cái)物:Security measures should be taken to protect workers and their property.
12.13 宿舍須有一套符合第10條要求的防火安全與緊急事故預(yù)備程序文件:The dormitory should have a written procedure for fire safety and emergency preparedness in compliance with Section 10.
12b. 福利-食堂/膳食服務(wù)(Welfare-Canteen/Cafeteria Services)
12.14 如果配制食物的地方須受政府審核/發(fā)執(zhí)照管制,受核工廠須收到經(jīng)認(rèn)可的審核報(bào)告/執(zhí)照:If food preparation areas are subject to local government audit or licensing, should has been received approved audit/license.
12.15 飲食服務(wù)區(qū)須保持清潔,符合衛(wèi)生要求:Food service areas should be kept clean and hygienic.
12.16 飲食服務(wù)人員須接受過食物配制衛(wèi)生培訓(xùn):Food service personnel should be trained in food preparation hygiene.
12.17 應(yīng)有一個(gè)制度能夠確保處理食物的人員都是健康良好的:There is a system in place to ensure that food handlers are in good health.
12.18 食物不能在地面擺放:Food should be kept clear of the floor areas.
12.19 食物儲(chǔ)存方法和管制措施足以預(yù)防食物變壞:Food storage methods and controls should be adequate to prevent spoilage.
12c. 福利-醫(yī)療服務(wù)(Welfare-Medical Services)
12.20 受核工廠須有一套關(guān)于緊急醫(yī)療事故的程序文件:Facility should have written procedure for handling medical emergencies.
12.21 可使用公共緊急醫(yī)療服務(wù),如果有廠內(nèi)附設(shè)的診療室,該診療室須符合當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn):Common emergency medical treatment should be available. If there is an on-site clinic, the medical clinic should be in compliance with local laws and standards.
12.22 受核工廠應(yīng)保存?zhèn)∮涗洠⒗脗∮涗洸扇〖m正措施:The facility should keep injury/illness records and they should be used for corrective actions.
12.23 在輪班制度下,每一班都應(yīng)有足夠曾受急救和心肺復(fù)蘇訓(xùn)練的人員值班:Each shift should have adequate personnel trained in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
12.24 在作業(yè)設(shè)施和宿舍范圍內(nèi)須有急救必需品以合理的方式提供:First aid supplies should be reasonably available at the facility and dormitory.
12.25 受核工廠須有處理血溶液傳播病原菌的方法:The facility should have a bloodborne pathogen process.
12.26 醫(yī)療廢棄物須要與其他廢棄物分開存放,并予以妥善處置:Medical waste should be segregated and properly disposed of.
