8. 雇員代表（Employee Representation）
8.1 雇員能夠就所關(guān)注的事項同管方交涉：Employees should have the ability to approach management on issues of concern.
8.2 雇員應(yīng)有他們自己的代表：There are employee representatives in place.
8.3 管方應(yīng)指派代表同雇員代表接洽：Management representatives should appoint to interface with employee representatives.
8.4 雇員代表同管方經(jīng)常按既定的安排開會，并把會議記錄歸檔保存：There are regularly scheduled meetings between representatives and management, and meeting minutes on file.
8.5 雇員代表應(yīng)知道國際玩具業(yè)協(xié)會的《商業(yè)行為守則》、支持文件或受核工廠自訂的同等文件：The employee representatives should aware of the ICTI code of Business Practices, and supporting documents, or the facility equivalent.
