2. 工作時數(shù)（Working Hours）
2.1 工廠應(yīng)制訂符合當?shù)胤傻墓ぷ鲿r間和加工作政策文件：The factory should write a policy for working hours and overtime in compliance with local laws.
2.2 關(guān)于法定工作時數(shù)和受核工廠自定工作時間的資料須供雇員參閱：Legal working hours and facility working hours should be made available to all employees.
2.3 加班自愿：overtime voluntary (須與員工簽訂自愿加班協(xié)議)
2.7 雇員至少每七時有一個休息日：One day off in seven
2.8 雇員生病或分娩，可憑醫(yī)生證明獲得給假：The employees should be permitted time off with doctor’s certificate when sick or for maternity.
2.9 工人獲得給予足夠的用餐時間、私人小息時間：Workers should be allowed adequate meal breaks and personal breaks.
