Section 4 –成品檢驗(yàn)及缺陷判定 Finishing Goods Inspection and Defect Judgement
4.1產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)前的要求 Requirement Before Product Inspection
4.1.1執(zhí)行產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)的人員必須是 BBY 認(rèn)可的檢驗(yàn)員及獲得過 BBY 頒發(fā) CQI 證書; Inspector for implementation BBY product inspection must be certified quality inspector with BBY award CQI certification;
4.1.2負(fù)責(zé) BBY 產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)的 QE 或主管提供相關(guān)的文件資料給到檢驗(yàn)員，包括如下內(nèi)容:
Vendor quality engineer or supervisor with charging for BBY product inspection provide related documents as below to inspector:
1)船頭板 （供應(yīng)商自行封樣）MP Golden sample from 1st shipment sealed by vendor self;
2)BBY 承認(rèn)的檢驗(yàn)規(guī)范, 產(chǎn)品規(guī)格書, 包裝相關(guān)的文檔 ARTWORK; BBY approved inspection standard, product specification and package artwork, QSG etc.
3)BBY PO#相關(guān)的文件; BBY PO# documents;
4)供應(yīng)商內(nèi)部批準(zhǔn)的物料 BOM; BOM list approved by vendor internal team;
4.1.3 檢驗(yàn)設(shè)備 equipment for inspection:
1)檢驗(yàn)設(shè)備必須定義在檢驗(yàn)規(guī)范相應(yīng)檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi); Equipment for inspection must be defined in related items of inspection standard requirement;
2)檢驗(yàn)設(shè)備必須校驗(yàn)合格方可使用; equipment for inspection must be calibrated and qualified before use;
3)檢驗(yàn)設(shè)備必須有明確的狀態(tài)標(biāo)識(shí)如儀器型號(hào)，規(guī)格，設(shè)備應(yīng)安全接地等; Equipment for inspection must be clear status labeling such as model number, spec and earth connection for safety consideration;
4)個(gè)別檢驗(yàn)設(shè)備如高壓儀,音視頻信號(hào)發(fā)生器等需要有日常的維護(hù)點(diǎn)檢; Some special equipment for inspection such as hi-pot instrument, audio/video signal generator must have daily maintenance and check;
5)個(gè)別檢驗(yàn)設(shè)備如視頻信號(hào)發(fā)生器需要簡(jiǎn)易信號(hào)源操作說明帖于設(shè)備顯眼處,方便檢驗(yàn)員操作; Some special equipment for inspection such as hi-pot instrument, audio/video signal generator must have operation guide closing the equipment and easy to get;
4.1.4 檢驗(yàn)區(qū)域環(huán)境要求 Requirement for environment of inspection area:
1)檢驗(yàn)環(huán)境符合 5S 要求; Inspection environment is to meet 5S requirement;
2)常溫，光源為 800Lux 以上 Normal temperature, light source is 800Lux above;
4.1.5 檢驗(yàn)過程中產(chǎn)品外觀保護(hù)要求 Product appearance protection during product inspection
1)檢驗(yàn)員須佩帶干凈的手套、手上不能有金屬類裝飾物; Inspection must wear clear gloves without wearing any metal or golden decorations;
2)針對(duì)一些高光面或易碎性產(chǎn)品,在拆包后,要求將機(jī)器放置于保持墊或保護(hù)套中; Some high gloss or fragile product must be placed protection cushion after disassemble package;
4.2產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)中的要求 Requirement for Product inspection is in process
4.2.1 檢驗(yàn)人員檢視角度：水平垂直±45℃，檢視距離:25～40cm; View angle for inspector implement inspection: horizontal/vertical ±45℃, inspection distance: 25～40cm;
4.2.2檢驗(yàn)人員按照參考樣品, 檢驗(yàn)規(guī)范, 產(chǎn)品規(guī)格書等相關(guān)的要求對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn); Inspector implement inspection based on inspection standard, product spec etc.
4.2.3檢驗(yàn)人員按照檢驗(yàn)區(qū)域劃分對(duì)已檢合格,已檢不合格及待檢的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)操作及管理; Inspector need mange inspected product with pass, NG or product with waiting for inspection in related inspection areas;
4.2.4檢驗(yàn)人員作好相應(yīng)的檢驗(yàn)記錄.如下信息必須包括在檢驗(yàn)記錄里: Inspector must record all inspected product with below information:
1)所檢驗(yàn)產(chǎn)品的序列號(hào),卡通箱號(hào),及日期編碼; S/N, Carton No., Date Code for Inspected product;
2)不良品的數(shù)量,序列號(hào)及詳細(xì)的問題點(diǎn)描述; Defect product quantities, S/N and specified issue description;
4.3產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)后的要求 Requirements After Finishing Inspection:
4.3.1 檢驗(yàn)合格的產(chǎn)品處理要求 Process requirement for inspection passed product:
1)QA 檢驗(yàn)人員按照包裝 SOP 重新包裝檢驗(yàn)合格的產(chǎn)品,并由非包裝 QA 檢驗(yàn)員督查是否按 SOP 要求執(zhí)行; QA inspector re-pack inspection passed product by package SOP, then the QA inspector with non-implementation package audit if re-package is implemented by SOP requirement;
2)經(jīng)過拆解的產(chǎn)品及 ORT 測(cè)試過的產(chǎn)品,必須到生產(chǎn)線重流,在線檢查及包裝; The product with implantation on-going reliability testing or disassembled must be re-went through production line, on-line QC check and re-package;
4.3.2檢驗(yàn) LOT 判定標(biāo)識(shí) - QA 檢驗(yàn)人員根據(jù)檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)檢驗(yàn) LOT 進(jìn)行狀態(tài)標(biāo)識(shí)如檢驗(yàn)合格,不合格,待處理等; Inspected lot judgement labelling – QA inspector must label inspection status e.g. PASSED, FAILED or NG, Pending etc. on inspection lot;
4.3.3缺陷產(chǎn)品判定：Product defect judgement:
1)QA 檢驗(yàn)人員按照檢驗(yàn)規(guī)范判劇表對(duì)缺陷產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行初始判定; QA inspector mak
